Kerri is a wife and a mother of two boys. She has been teaching Yoga for 12 years. She is a 200 hour RYT and personal trainer. She has over 5 other fitness certifications including Pilates, Kickboxing and Tai Chi. Teaching yoga is her primary career. She has and incredible social media following of over 900k followers on Instagram and has enjoyed sharing her love for Yoga and photography via social media. Kerri is SUP Yoga certified with Stoked Yogi. She has plans to teach retreats and workshops all over the world. Kerri brings her unique, fun and inspiring personality to every class she teaches. Her events are fun and make people feel like they too can do things they never dreamed possible. Kerri can be found locally in West Palm Beach on the weekends teaching her well known beach yoga class.
Four Asanas are prescribed for the purpose of Japa and meditation. They are Padmasana, Siddhasana, Svastikasana and Sukhasana. You must be able to sit in any one of these four Asanas at a stretch for full three hours without shaking the body. Then only you will get Asana-Jaya, mastery over the Asana. Without securing a steady Asana, you cannot further get on well in meditation.
